Federal Court Practice in the Northern District of Ohio - Akron Bar

This seminar will provide an overview for Federal Court practitioners as well as serve as admissions training for those wishing to become admitted to practice in the Northern District of Ohio Federal Court. Pursuant to District Court Local Rule 83.5, attorneys who wish to be admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio, must attend an approved seminar on Federal Practice. Attendance at this seminar satisfies the requirement of Rule 83.5.
